The Mid-Atlantic Regional Counselor Association is a professional organization for regional college admissions counselors who represent not-for-profit colleges and universities and who recruit and reside in Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Virginia. The counselors assist college bound students, families, and high school counselors in navigating the path to college.
